  • KEEP YOURSELF ACTIVE

Activities like running, swimming, dancing or working out (among every other kind of exercise) will help your brain produce endorphins that will allow your brain to release some stress. Plus, you'll improve your physical strength and well-being.

  • TAKE CONTROL OF WHAT YOU EAT
